First time at Inspire, really impressed. Lovely customer service and Sofia really took her time and listened to what I asked for. Much better than the conveyor belt of other Mapperley beauticians. Really recommend inspire 💜

At the risk of sounding like a stalker, I followed the Marie & Claire from Mapperley to West Bridgford and back again simply because they are the best at what they do. They genuinely want to make sure that you leave them looking and feeling great. Both of them do a superb job with my nails and so I really don’t mind which one of them looks after me each time I go. It is wonderful to see them expanding their business and totally loving what they do. I definitely recommend Marie & Claire at Inspire for all things beauty! I especially love Marie’s pedicures 😊

She made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step, which really put me at ease. The results are amazing — my brows and lashes have never looked better! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Dorisa’s friendly&bubbly nature makes the booking comfortable. Sundas was also present during my booking, always cheerful, bubbly, friendly&accommodating. Had the most amazing blow dry by Dorisa and a relaxing hair wash/massage by Sundas last week, I’ve been coming to this salon for years, travelling from Birmingham to Nottingham, and I’ve never once left unhappy with any treatment. The service is always 10/10 and the team are simply the best – I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! 💇🏻‍♀️✨

As always I received a warm welcome and because I have been a few times and have a bad shoulder the chair was already prepped with a cushion to ease my shoulder. I had my normal eyebrow tint and threading and this time opted for lash tint as well, black/blue was recommended by the owner and I absolutely love it! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
