So lovely, professional and always very good at explaining what’s best this is my second time coming back getting rid of another tattoo I’m not happy with and also in the process I had my eyebrows lasered as I wasn’t happy how they had gone a reddy/brown which should have disappeared but now I’m very happy .. cannot recommend Bianco”s team in mk enough ..

Zenah make me feel so much welcomed on my first visit to her, she’s so lovely and also have a lot of knowledge in her job. Explained for me in minimum details about my eyelashes and I loved them! I had my 4 week top up for my new eyebrows today. They had healed amazing and I have had so many compliments. Ewelina has a very special eye for detail and is a perfectionist taking pride in her work. I already thought my eyebrows were amazing after the first session but after today they have completely exceeded my expectations. I have my confidence back. Thank you so much Ewelina! And again another thank you to Bartec for removing my original set of eyebrows done by a different artist that I disliked so much. You both have been so kind to me. Forever grateful to you both 🩷

Amazing customer service, soooo accommodating, friendly and a really personalised experience. An in depth consultation is given to make sure you get exactly what you want & also what will suit your eyes/ face shape. The most friendly and welcoming space with a gorgeous result. Amazing hot stone full body massage and then a beautiful full set of lashes . Lucy took time to choose the right length. And shake lashes to suit my eyes and listened to what I wanted. The massage was amazing and I was so relaxed

I was very pleased with the lashes it was my first time having them done and was worried it would take a long time or they might feel heavy but it took less than an hour and the look really natural.

Had the best experience getting a lash lift with maddi. She is so talented and really lovely, her studio is beautiful and comfortable. Maddi took the time to explain everything she was using and how to take care of my lashes after to maintain the best results. Can’t recommend enough, I will definitely be back! Obsessed with the results 💕
