Zenah make me feel so much welcomed on my first visit to her, she’s so lovely and also have a lot of knowledge in her job. Explained for me in minimum details about my eyelashes and I loved them! I had my 4 week top up for my new eyebrows today. They had healed amazing and I have had so many compliments. Ewelina has a very special eye for detail and is a perfectionist taking pride in her work. I already thought my eyebrows were amazing after the first session but after today they have completely exceeded my expectations. I have my confidence back. Thank you so much Ewelina! And again another thank you to Bartec for removing my original set of eyebrows done by a different artist that I disliked so much. You both have been so kind to me. Forever grateful to you both 🩷

Amazing customer service, soooo accommodating, friendly and a really personalised experience. An in depth consultation is given to make sure you get exactly what you want & also what will suit your eyes/ face shape. The most friendly and welcoming space with a gorgeous result. As a beauty treatment virgin I was a little anxious arriving today. Gemma put me at ease immediately, explaining what the treatment involved. She is so knowledgeable about what she does , and let me know at each step what to expect. The manicure involved a soak, hand scrub , nail & cuticle tidy , specialist conditioning products and super fragranced hand cream. My nails are now shaped , neat and remarkably strong. I was very pleased with the lashes it was my first time having them done and was worried it would take a long time or they might feel heavy but it took less than an hour and the look really natural.
