Sarah was amazing. Have tried multiple places in Manchester City centre but finally found the person for me. She listens to what you'd like, makes her own recommendations based on what she thinks will suit your complexion and eye colour and thoroughly explains each process of the HD brow process. Best of all shes super friendly and loves a chat just like me. My brows are incredible, she made my day. 10/10.

Wouldn’t trust anyone but Sarah from The Brow Agency to do my eyebrows. She gets the best results, my eyebrows used to be a train wreck but after a few sessions my eyebrows have gotten into a great shape and my eyebrow tails have grown so much Best eyebrow tech going!!

My first time having LVL treatment. I was a little apprehensive initially . The skin test was done ahead of the appointment as you would before using any chemicals or dyes. Tina was really gentle when protecting the eye area around the lashes before focusing on the lash treatment again there was no discomfort. I’m so pleased with the result as my eyelashes now look fabulous and noticeable which they definitely werent before. Thank you Tina x
