An amazing person. Extremely professional and gentle. Kept informed throughout the process and I felt really at ease. I had eyebrow tint and lamination, eyelash lift and tint, eyebrow wax and best of all dermaplaning, which was a wonderful experience. My skin felt and looked so clean, clear and smooth. As always, Meg has done an outstanding job! It is hard to find a beautician you can trust and who does your treatments to the highest standard every time. From my brows, nails, toenails, facials and massages… always carried out to perfection. I have been seeing Meg for three years and I have no plan on finding anyone else. My first time at DRA Cranbrook with Daryl and found him to be very professional, knowledgable, friendly, helpful and comforting. He made me feel at ease and explained everything to me in detail and slowly so I understood what the treatment entailed. The treatment went with ease and Daryl spoke to me the whole way through.
