Gemma was welcoming, very professional and friendly! My gel nails are still looking pretty intact and shiny even after 3 weeks and I’m a busy mum and TA in school so constantly washing my hands! I’m only getting them removed because of growth of my own nails and want a new colour!

Always have such a good experience when visiting Hidden Gem and this was no different! Becky thoroughly spoke through the process and aftercare of microblading from my consultation to the end of my appointments. She also made me feel very welcome and was chatty and friendly as usual. First time and that's it for me, Ian is so welcoming so friendly puts you at ease straight away and makes you feel you've known him for years, nothing is a problem even a few minutes late, salon is beutiful relaxing and stylish with professional feel, beutiful, my nails shape length gel polish is perfect can't fault anything, my eyebrows have always been uncontrollable but wow tint and wax perfect and colour finally matches my dark hair and make my blue eyes pop more, really can't recommend Ian enough, perfectionist and such a lovely kind warm man who knows his stuff! 10* from me, xxxx

From the moment I first met Ian on Thursday for a quick dye test pre lash and brow tint (very reassuring) I found him warm, professional, efficient and friendly: quite a difficult combination to get exactly right ✔️ Ian's bijou little salon is very clean and fresh with just the right amount of bling and glitter. Professional, clinical environment with high standards of infection control. I absolutely love my new brows which were so ready to be done but was delayed with covid. The entire experience was so enjoyable—not just because of the great results on my brows but also because of the people.
