Becky was amazing from start to finish during my wedding prep appointments which were nearly a full day of a job! I feel like a new woman and had such a relaxing time filled with great chat and a super friendly atmosphere. Pedicure, manicure, waxing, dermaplaning, lashes and brows…all absolutely perfect. It was even my first experience of waxing and Becky made me feel so at ease! Thank you SO much! Beyond pleased I came here for my bridal appointments!!

Had my first ever lash lift & tint with Toni and it look amazing, I don’t need to wear mascara but when I do they are even better ! 100% recommend especially if you are unsure about lash extensions. Also had gel nails on both my hands and feet which usually last me up to 4+ weeks. I absolutely love the new colour choices as well perfect for spring !!!

First time visiting today and I am really impressed. The salon is absolutely beautiful and creates a relaxing atmosphere. Jordan made me feel so welcome and did an amazing job on my full set of hybrid lashes, I was offered professional advice on the best aftercare and also for maintaining healthy lashes going forward. I will certainly be returning for further treatments and would highly recommend Jordan to anyone considering beauty treatments.

This was a lovely professional calming experience who knew you could be so relaxed, when getting a lash lift, it was lovely and worth the money I pay iam happy with the results and thats why I use the butterfly rooms, Victoria is very good at what she does and I would advise anyone to get a lash lift if they cant wear eyelash extensions for whatever reason. It doesnt pull out your lashes either.however the chemicals that are used ate very strong and do the job.

Had a lovely experience with Mollie today. I’d booked to have 1.1 ml of lip filler, but Mollie said if I didn’t need it when she got going, she’d only put 0.5 in. I ended up having the full amount, but it shows how professional she is and if she doesn’t think you need something, she’ll say so. Lovely super friendly, professional Salon. Well worth a visit.

Always have such a good experience when visiting Hidden Gem and this was no different! Becky thoroughly spoke through the process and aftercare of microblading from my consultation to the end of my appointments. She also made me feel very welcome and was chatty and friendly as usual. I was so impressed with the results of the microblading and has such a good experience with it, I would highly recommend Hidden Gem if you're in the Chorley area. I started going the butterfly rooms after I had eyelash extensions applied incorrectly from another place and chose to have them at one butterfly rooms and my eyebrows I am sooo happy with them they are tailored to what I like and what suits me you hey what you pay for high quality service and products for a fair price.with a relaxing environment as a plus yo melt away life's stresses. So if you want to treat yourself definitely go to the butterfly rooms of you can afford it you wont be disappointed another vlbonis is its right near the train station and bus station its very professional.
