amazing service! I trust and very comfortable with Linda for my wax shes so gentle, very professional, really knows what she's doing. Other service is amazing manicure, pedicure, eyelashes extension as well as ombre. All the employee are very friendly. The environment are clean. Now they start using natural ( vegan type thing). I will highly recommended! Amazing spa.

Sugar Beauty never ever disappoints! Top tier service, I always get my lashes, armpits and eyebrows waxed by them and let me tell you, the relaxation, the service, atmosphere, customer friendly is 10/10.. they are the best beauty bar in the entire Ottawa GTA. I've been looking for someone who does Henna eyebrow threading and I finally found her. She is incredibly talented. My eyebrows look great every time I go there. I get lots of compliments. Plus, her customer service is amazing. The Studio is cute and clean. I highly recommend her.

Always a wonderful experience. I go twice a week for my nails and lashes, and monthly for eyebrow wax and pedicure. All the staff are amazing. Everyone says hi to me when I walk in. It feels like home. The quality is amazing!! I’m always happy with my results. Ivy can do any nail design, and I love my short nails. She does them perfectly shaped.

I had an appointment with Lynn and I liked that she took her time with me and was compassionate. I will be going back again to be pampered. I did have a lash curl and I guess I had high expectations and my lashes were not enough to get a decent curl. Lynn did say it looked a bit different and mascara will show the curl. I went in with the thought that it would show a but more and would not require mascara. I'm sure she did her best and perhaps I'll have a different method next time. Otherwise she has done a wonderful job and took her time with me.

Been coming for 4 plus years. I love how they do my nails (short). Great eye brow waxing and amazing at volume lashes, and beautiful pedicures. One stop shop! Everyone greets me and my son when we walk in. It’s like family.

I recently started going to Hillary for lash extensions, and I couldn't be happier with her work! I've only had two appointments so far, but I can already tell she truly loves what she does. The lashes lasted so long, and Hillary made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She explained each step of the process, which I really appreciated. And a special shoutout to her lash bed – it's comfier than my bed at home! Highly recommend Hillary for anyone looking for beautiful, long-lasting lashes. She's amazing!

UMMM I never ever in my life had my eyebrows look this good I’m actually in shock. The nicest shape I’ve ever seen she took her time in really perfecting them down to the last little hair. I’m so beyond happy words can’t describe. My absolute go to I trust them with my life. After doing my eyebrows on my own for years and years, I’ve been converted to leave it up to the pros.
