My experience, was perfect. Hannah’s such a sweet an outgoing person, an definitely 100% makes you feel so comfortable in the shop! Her work is beautiful, I love love love my Lashes an Brows. Her communication is so sweet! She makes you feel listened to. She takes her time to make sure she’s got it in the right place. But she always gets done in a timely manner! Ioanna is very good at what she does. I’ve been looking for a long time for someone who actually cares about their customers and the quality of work. I have had extensions for many years and never returned twice to anyone. The lashes fall out or used cheap products. With Ioanna I have had no problems at all. I just went for my third fill and will continue from now on. I couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere is high end and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Katie is absolutely fantastic at what she does. She is very professional and takes care the best care of me and my skin. I was recently in for my 3rd facial with her and I’m already looking forward to the next one. The products she uses are so great and I love how she explains what she is doing and the benefits of it for my skin. Katie also is the only person I will trust with my eyebrows - they are always perfect! Will forever be coming to Katie ❤️

Yassmine is simply amazing! She took my very damages lashes and made them pretty again! All that while having great conversation and being so comfortable in the absolute cutest spa! This was my second visit, and it was just as amazing as the first!! I got the lash lift and tint, and the eyebrow and lip wax services both visits. This is the first time anyone has been able to get my left eye lashes to actually lift!!! Very friendly professional service!!! I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing!!! She even gave me a head massage while waiting for my lashes to set!!! Top tier service and results!!!!

Welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere. Had custom lash set done as a IG contest winner and was thrilled to win something. Even more thrilled about how great the outcome is!. I’m very very happy! This was perfect timing for me to win this contest because it’s right before my wedding! But despite winning and having a special reason to want this service done, I will be coming back now as a regular customer because I don’t think I can go back to life without lashes. All I needed to truly be makeup free and I’m loving it

After getting my full set, I couldn't wait to return for my refill and to let Hannnah know how much I loved my lashes. The retention was very good and still looked pretty full for me after 2 weeks.
