I've had the same Justin Bieber haircut since high school. After about 11 years of not really caring about my hair, I decided to start trying since I got a nice job and am going to be 30 soon. I hate haircuts. I'm always disappointed by them and I always avoid them. After looking around Kingston I went with Jimmy; it was exactly what I needed. He used so much precision that I felt like his sculptural art project, and he spent so much time and attention to my needs that I felt like a real person at his salon, not just another number. As long as I'm in Kingston, I'm never going anywhere else.

The space is absolutely gorgeous and staff were amazing. Offered tea, coffee and water upon arrival, and didn’t have to wait long to be taken back to the room. Once there, my facialist asked about my skin concerns, allergies, etc. and prepped me for the facial. All of the products used smelled absolutely divine and the space was very clean and comforting. My face feels incredible and I will definitely be back!!

On a last-minute whim, I called around a couple of hair salons to see if I could get my haircut. Jimmy himself answered the telephone, and said I was welcome to come right in. Unfortunately, there was an event downtown, and I spent more than a half an hour looking for a parking place, so I called their office back to let them know that it wouldn’t likely work outit would be past their closing hour. However, Jimmy was very accommodating, and told me that he would wait until I was able to find a parking place. Boy, am I glad he did! Hands-down, one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had!

Yassmine is an incredible lash stylist! From the beginning she nailed the look I wanted and was able to always maintain quality results. I was always getting my eyebrows threaded and she suggested I let her do mine with waxing and and I was floored and so pleased with how they turned out. Highly recommend!

Yassmine is simply amazing! She took my very damages lashes and made them pretty again! All that while having great conversation and being so comfortable in the absolute cutest spa! This was my second visit, and it was just as amazing as the first!! I got the lash lift and tint, and the eyebrow and lip wax services both visits. This is the first time anyone has been able to get my left eye lashes to actually lift!!! Very friendly professional service!!! I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing!!! She even gave me a head massage while waiting for my lashes to set!!! Top tier service and results!!!!

I had a phenomenal experience at sugar and stone. I was very nervous about trying sugaring for the first time and expressed my concerns when I booked the appointment. Emily was kind and reassuring and listened intently to all of my concerns from my previous waxing horror show. When I arrived for my appointment she had taken extra care to make sure I was comfortable (she even had a fan going) and booked an extra long appointment without any extra charge. She took the time to educate me, check in on how I was feeling, and when the pain was too much she suggested we stop and she charged me less.

Jen is the true definition of perfection when it comes to brows/facials. She just knows what she is doing and she does it so well. Very very professional and the most talented woman. Cannot say enough nice things about Jen.
