Olivia is amazing! She is extremely talented and knows exactly what she is doing. She allows for your input on what you want in an eyebrow, but also shares her thoughts about how the shaping etc should look. She wants you to feel confident in your eyebrows, but also wants them to compliment your other features. She is lovely and takes keen interest in the topics you discuss as you get your brows done! She makes sure you are comfortable and if everything is good throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her! I cannot wait to continue my brow experience with her! :)

I had a great experience at Lash Brow with Yuri. She was very careful with making the extensions look as natural as possible, given that I am an older woman who only wanted to regain a bit of thickness and length, given my aging short lashes. She took her time and was very precise. Thank you Yuri!

Vita was incredible! She explained each step as she went along, there was zero pain during the waxing part. She really took her time mapping out my brow shape which I really appreciated as other places I've been to have had me in and out in 20 minutes. 10/10 service and I've already booked back. Great experience with the lash lift! My lashes were lifted perfectly and are still lifted after almost 10 weeks!! All staff are very kind and make it a warm and welcoming atmosphere! Highly recommend and definitely worth the price.

I’ve had multiple services at JPMU over the past few years and their work has always been so good. I had permanent eyeliner done a few years ago and they did such a great job. Recently I had permanent eyebrows done and I am so happy with how they turned out! The treatment was also efficient and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Yuri is the most exceptional lash extension person in the city! I have gone to her for years and would not go to anyone else. She really listens to what I am looking for, is incredibly gentle and quick. She is always happy to talk a little during the treatment or sometimes I fall asleep and she's completely fine with that! I am Asian and she has a special knack for using the lashes to open and lift my eyes in a beautiful way that looks natural. I consider her services exceptional and almost don't want to share my feedback because I worry about her becoming very busy. I will take the chance!
