Erica is lovely. She takes the time to explain what her approach will be and what the results are likely to be. I was quite nervous when I first went but Erica put me at ease. I recently got my eyebrows done and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Erica took the time to understand what I wanted and helped me choose the perfect shape and colour. Mia was great! I’ve only had my lashes done a couple times and she was very patient with me. I usually cry a lot, but didn’t with her because she was so soft. Would definitely recommend!

Tran is an expert! I was quite nervous as it was my first time getting waxed and had heard that it can be painful but Tran eased my anxiety by making feel comfortable. The process itself was extremely fast, and surprisingly not painful! I was very satisfied with the results and I cannot recommend anyone else!
