This was my first time for a haircut with Pari. I have to say it is very rare to find a professional hair stylist nowadays who knows exactly what I need and have suggestions to my hairtype. The lovely Nish did my manicure and pedicure - in a world where everyone is only doing gel polish it was really great to find a studio that still did normal polish as well as gel. Nish was great at skillfully removing the old gel and giving me a polish that won't damage my nails. The banter was also great - also it's always lovely sitting in a salon where the girls talk in a language I understand. When I'm in Kenton this is now my go to place. 😄

Absolutely fantastic treatment with Neha, as always. Sadly need to make a couple of comments. I’ve been a regular client at Cazelle (Alfa Beauty) for about 14 years, and always impressed with exceptional service. I use the online booking service as it’s so easy and most of my regular appointments will include at least manicure, pedicure and threading. For some reason which I don’t understand, the option to book threading online is no longer available and I’m now supposed to telephone or call in to the salon to arrange this. This is incredibly inconvenient so I will probably go elsewhere……

Nimisha is an absolute star ✨ I had my hair cut, washed, and blow-dried, followed by gel nails, and the experience was amazing. The service is unlike any other salon—so warm and welcoming from start to finish.
