Lovely salon and welcoming staff. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease by Clare the beauty therapist and was given thorough aftercare advice. I am really pleased with the results and have already booked my next appointment :) Would highly recommend. Thanks for a great experience.

I Could not recommend Caroline more. She is absolutely fantastic. It was my first time at the salon and I was made to feel like a queen. She was extremely knowledgable and my hair was exactly how I envisioned. So happy I found this gem of a salon!

I absolutely love going to the Professional hair and beauty salon, either for my nails with Lucy, or my hair with Mandy. They are both experts at what they do and they are so lovely and welcoming. I always walk out feeling happy and satisfied with the services I receive. Excellent value for money too, which doesn’t happen much these days! Thanks ladies ❤️

The treatments I received were very effective, doing just what I asked for. Charlotte was very knowledgeable about the treatments and asked throughout if was doing ok, encouraging me to relax and breath. The salon is scrupulously clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend 😊

Charlotte was extremely caring and, as I was anxious, explained every step as she did it which made me feel calm! The salon was clean and lovely and you can tell that being safe is Charlotte’s priority. Most importantly, my results are always stunning and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you!

Lovely location, salon is stunning and has a relaxing atmosphere. Charlotte is great, knows her stuff and talks through everything. She even tells you, if she doesn't think you need a treatment, despite loss of money and appointment slot! Legend. Would highly recommend and I will be returning.

Rosie has been doing my nails and other beauty treatments for well over 5 years, I’ve followed her from the beginning and it’s amazing to see how well herself and Gab are doing! I cannot recommend the girls enough, I come away from the salon 100% satisfied each time. I’ve been having builder gel since 2020 and as a hairdresser myself, I think I’m a good walking advertisement to show how amazing the stuff is! My own natural nails that look like acrylics. Lauren is just so lovely, and I’m really glad that I have found her. She made me feel at ease with her genuine and kind personality. Lauren is really easy to talk to and be in her presence, which I think is important when visiting a salon. Loved my make up lesson with Helen. Helen was so friendly and made me feel relaxed immediately. Had booked to get advice on make up application and what to buy for son’s wedding abroad. What would be good in the heat and how to make it stay on longer. Helen was so patient and explained what products would give me the look I wanted, and showed me how to apply them, with lots of great tips to get the best results. I feel for the first time I have the confidence to be bolder in my make up and try new things. I felt amazing leaving the salon - thanks for a great experience xx

I love this girl and her work! Wow! I can’t even get over how many compliments I get my on lashes, and without doubt I recommend Charlie to everyone I meet. Whether that’s someone down the road, or the other side of the country. Not only the best lash tech but also the best listener and friend! She’s so caring and considerate which makes the whole experience so much than just an ‘beauty appointment’.
