Highly recommend! My second visit to do my eyebrows and Charlotte did amazing job again. I was quite nervous the first time as another salon in Ilkley destroyed my eyebrows previously but Charlotte made sure I feel comfortable and listened to me.

Love visiting here for a pamper and especially so in the new Salon in Menston village. It looks amazing! From having my manicure and pedicure with Katie to having semi - permanent makeup with Claire. I have been coming here for a number of years and trust them with their knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend visiting the salon. I absolutely love this beautiful lady. I'm abit of a softie on the quiet and she really helps me get through. It genuinely keeps me going but the numbing cream also works a treat. I don't think I have met anyone so warm and friendly that i felt so comfortable with and like I had known her years which just puts you at ease.
