Always such a great experience here. Even though the salon is filled with people , I still was being worked on all the time and never waited long. The staff who helped me all were professional and courteous, and my stylist , Raff, never disappoints me in giving me a refreshing new style that looks great!! Love this place!!

Initial Salon is awesome and my stylist Ken is amazing!!! Begin with an online consultation and transparency of pricing expectation. Arrival at the salon in clean and calming environment. Very thorough walk through of job to be done today before starting. All staff on site are friendly. Surely will be back and highly recommended.

The staff from Mophead is always very helpful and friendly starting from the front desk to my hairstylist Kana. She always takes her time my haircut and does a fantastic job everytime! The salon is also clean and it’s location is very convenient.

Excellent first experience at this salon! Cynthia did an excellent job on my gel manicure with marble nail art. She was very accommodating, attentive to detail, and consistently ensured I was satisfied with the result. I also appreciated that the nail appointment began on time and finished earlier than expected. Overall, I was very pleased!

Kana was so lovely and she was attentive and understood what I wanted and shared her insights. I did not get the salon assistant's name but her hair washing care was a treat! From the calm ambience to the groovy lounge music playing I truly enjoyed my visit and will continue to be a customer.

I had the best experience with Initial, specifically Ayala. She was super nice and sweet. I really loved the hair colour she did on me. I also learned a lot from her even though I have been dying my hair at other salons before. I wish she could stay in Vancouver so she can be my stylist forever haha.

Eco is so so amazing it is my first time going to a Japanese hair salon and I was just mind blown at how healthy and pretty my hair looks after Eco cut my hair. She pays attention to your hair and give you great suggestions on how to improve your hair condition for example my hair is super dry however she recommend me I should use hair mask to give a healthy look. She is very gentle with your hair and gives the best cutting you want whether it is a photo you want her to recreate♡ If you want a hairstylist who have great sense of cut on long hair I highly recommend Eco!! I will be back soon !!

I’ve been seeing Ken for a year now and he has helped me always achieve my colour and hair goals while also giving guidance on how to keep my hair healthy! Appointments always feel comfortable and relaxing and the newly designed space at Initial Salon elevates the entire experience. The salon did an excellent job with the new renovation! It is very spacious, bright and refreshing. I also decided to go for a new hairstyle with my go to stylist Kana and as usual she does a wonderful job. All the staff at Zeal is also very welcoming. They are also very organized with the bookings, which makes things simple for me!

I had a visit today to do PRP microneedling with Siera and was introduced to do the injection with Ms. Wi (Dr. from Thailand). Ms. Wi is very gentle and give me some knowledge in medical advice. I have been going to PRP for treatments frequently. Dr. Yam and Siera have been very pleased and care for my treatments and now my skin have improved. I am looking forward to going back for the next treatment soon.

When it comes to beauty salons, I believe it's important not only to have skilled hairstylists but also to ensure that clients can have a comfortable time during their visit. Fuko always provides all of that. She's not just an excellent hairstylist with fantastic cutting skills, but also a wonderful listener who sometimes offers advice. And I always almost falling asleep during the shampoo and massage before the haircut by the assistant Mizuki because she's too good at it.

I always go only to one salon and that is Geetha's.....the best and friendly

It was excellent. Fuko is absolutely professional, friendly and talented. Staff are great. This location is convenient and has lots of parking spots. The salon is spacious and I find it very comfy especially when I need a longer service time.

Geeta is great. The salon is clean and the staff professional. She uses excellent products.
