Sayuri was so gentle and kind! My haircut looks amazing!!! The area was so peaceful and serene which I adore! I will miss sayuri because she will be leaving. I love this salon and definitely recommend, the services were fabulous. They r so friendly!

My first time at Mophead salon and I had a haircut with Torris and he gave me one of the best haircut! He focused on my hair to give me the best cut as I haven't had a haircut for a long time. He is definitely very skilled! Highly recommended him. And I will definitely come back to see him.

My hair stylist is CHOLE. We communicate about the style and then she greatly washes and massages my head to start the session. The cut was quick but most importantly it’s exactly what I was hoping for. I had never been able to leave a salon within 60mins but today I did also with a big smile as I m satisfy with the cut.

Initial Salon is awesome and my stylist Ken is amazing!!! Begin with an online consultation and transparency of pricing expectation. Arrival at the salon in clean and calming environment. Very thorough walk through of job to be done today before starting. All staff on site are friendly. Surely will be back and highly recommended.

This our third time in this salon. I used to have a lot of trouble finding a good hairdresser for my 9 yo son, and I finally found it here! Shima is an excellent hairdresser, extremely kind and very friendly. He always makes sure that you are comfortable with his work and that you are happy. Highly recommended!!

I walked by a few times and wondering if I should try this salon. I finally did and wanted a new style. YJ was good. I have long hair and wanted to cut it short for the first time in a long time. He suggested what length would be better for me. He is knowledgeable and gives honest opinions. I would definitely recommend him.

I had the best experience with Initial, specifically Ayala. She was super nice and sweet. I really loved the hair colour she did on me. I also learned a lot from her even though I have been dying my hair at other salons before. I wish she could stay in Vancouver so she can be my stylist forever haha.

The staff from Mophead is always very helpful and friendly starting from the front desk to my hairstylist Kana. She always takes her time my haircut and does a fantastic job everytime! The salon is also clean and it’s location is very convenient.

I had a great experience with young and grace dermal care. The whole process felt very relaxing and my beauty advisor explained every step very clearly which made me feel rest assured!

Dr Yang is one of the most knowledgeable doctors in the PRP field for pain, hair loss and beauty and as an added bonus and perhaps most importantly he is also the most attentive doctor I’ve ever come across. He is also highly knowledgeable in hormone replacement therapy and other technical aspects of the beauty industry. His staff, which also consists of his lovely wife are quite knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions one may have. If you are looking for a top notch doctor and pain and beauty clinic then this is the place for you. I just hope they never close!

When it comes to beauty salons, I believe it's important not only to have skilled hairstylists but also to ensure that clients can have a comfortable time during their visit. Fuko always provides all of that. She's not just an excellent hairstylist with fantastic cutting skills, but also a wonderful listener who sometimes offers advice. And I always almost falling asleep during the shampoo and massage before the haircut by the assistant Mizuki because she's too good at it.
