This was my first visit to I.D beauty and Ioanna was so welcoming. She was very informative when it came to the various styles of lashes she offers and the differences between each set. Her sweet little pup was also an amazing addition to the appointment! I will definitely be back in the future for other services as well😊

Sara is absolutely amazing in every possible way. She’s always encouraging you to embrace your beauty and complimenting that with cosmetic injections! She’s always confident in line of work, extremely reassuring while addressing your concerns. By far the only injector I have and ever will go to! She’s worth the wait :)

Ioanna is very good at what she does. I’ve been looking for a long time for someone who actually cares about their customers and the quality of work. I have had extensions for many years and never returned twice to anyone. The lashes fall out or used cheap products. With Ioanna I have had no problems at all. I just went for my third fill and will continue from now on. I couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere is high end and beautiful. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience today with Lindsey receiving the Fotona’s laser treatment for rosacea. I highly recommend the beauty development & Sarah as your practitioner. Very welcoming establishment, staff are super friendly & they have cute key chains hehe. Sarah is very knowledgeable, comforting, her sense of humour & friendliness is infectious. I will be booking all future appointments with her & I strongly encourage others to do so as well

Katie is amazing at lashes. I see her every two weeks and she does them perfectly every time. Before applying new lashes she ensures my current lashes are clean by giving them a lash bath. Katie is a perfectionist and this is why I keep going back. Katie has made the Beauty Concept a beautiful space for her clients to come and feel relaxed. Thank you Katie for always giving me the perfect lashes.
