Absolutely fantastic service from Jade throughout my treatments. I was nervous and anxious when I went for my consultation but I need not have been, Jade was friendly, kind and open and easy to talk to. She talked me through the best treatment for me, and I left feeling very happy. Upon having each treatment again Jade was friendly and she talked me through each session which made me feel at ease and I couldn’t have been happier with my treatments. Jade & Rachel are the best beauticians in town. Rachel is like a big sister, always chatty, kind and precise. She never disappoints me. I have never left a treatment from them feeling upset, or disappointed. Rachel is always so gentle and managed to LVL my lashes, even when I was told it couldn’t be done (lashes too straight and short). If I was ever considering any cosmetic treatments there would be no one else I would trust. Can’t rate these ladies high enough. Jade runs an amazing salon and is always so kind and polite, always have a giggle with her when I’m in. A really lovely salon.

Lovely staff, chatty and friendly, have already booked further treatment for December. Pleased with treatments, lady who did my eyebrows was very gentle, having had a bad experience with leg waxing before and was left with burns, was dubious about leg wax, but Jade was very thorough, and knowledgable explaining why burns happened last time. Deffo recommend.
