Loved getting my facial done by Pat at Chaimspro Pickering - she’s such a pro, so kind and it was a very effective as well as relaxing experience. Pat is so knowledgeable about skincare and highly skilled in her techniques. Also, the facility is very clean, attractive decor, and reception is so welcoming. This was my first visit to ChaimsPro. The physical store is very clean, that’s key for me. The staff were all attentive and helpful. My appointment was with Jewel, she was quite knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Other pluses is the location, in Pickering and available parking. I had a great experience, no complaints. I had a bit of a wait to get in but nothing concerning and they offered me a discount to make up for it, which I was not expecting but I definitely appreciated it. So, great customer service, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, professionals. Winner!

I had an amazing experience when I went for my second hydrofacial at Chaim’s Pro Aesthetics. Pat was the one who did my facial and it was such a great way to relax while giving my skin some much TLC. Pat was informative about different ways I could help my skin with simple yet helpful routines. She was very precise in explaining what she was doing as she was doing it. It felt so nice that I fell asleep for a moment. This place is extremely affordable and for someone like myself, who works a lot but also has a lot of bills to pay, it’s nice to be able to treat myself. I will definitely be back!
