From the moment walking through the entrance into the lobby to the massage room and greeting by staff was phenomenal. The head & foot massage was very relaxing and it was not rushed. I never knew I needed self care until I met Jewel. Laser. Boom. Painless. Lashes. Boom. Flawless. Facial? BOOM the greatest experience of my life. My skin feels like newborn baby skin. She also gives the best scalp massages. She could open a salon just doing that. I LOVE JEWEL. 1000/10

I visited Ignite Your Soul for a relaxing head and foot massage, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Lola, my massage therapist, who immediately projected a positive and calming energy. The space was inviting, with cozy slippers and beverages offered to guests. The massage room was beautifully set up with soft music playing in the background and fresh flowers adding a lovely touch. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing. Lola’s technique was soothing, and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire session.

I’ve been seeing Tamara for two months and she’s been incredible. As someone who works out regularly, I often deal with muscle tension, and Tamara knows exactly how to target and release those tight areas. She adjusts pressure perfectly and is always professional, caring, and skilled. I leave every session feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready to hit the gym again. Highly recommend her if you’re active or just need a great massage!

This was my first time visiting "ignite your soul" and they did not disappoint. My husband and I had the couples massage. My lower back and neck felt brand new after the session. My masseuse was thorough, attentive and caring. I highly recommend giving this spa a try. I see myself visiting again and again and again. Loved getting my facial done by Pat at Chaimspro Pickering - she’s such a pro, so kind and it was a very effective as well as relaxing experience. Pat is so knowledgeable about skincare and highly skilled in her techniques. Also, the facility is very clean, attractive decor, and reception is so welcoming. So glad I found this professional med spa in Pickering (and don’t have to drive far away from home).

This was my first visit to ChaimsPro. The physical store is very clean, that’s key for me. The staff were all attentive and helpful. My appointment was with Jewel, she was quite knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Other pluses is the location, in Pickering and available parking. I had a great experience, no complaints. I had a bit of a wait to get in but nothing concerning and they offered me a discount to make up for it, which I was not expecting but I definitely appreciated it. So, great customer service, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, professionals. Winner!

I did my first facial with Pat and it was such a relaxing experience which I definitely needed. She explained everything every step of the way and I was so calm after her facial and hand massage. This was such a good pick-me-up!

Jewel was my aesthetician, she did my head spa. She was so amazing and attentive. Not only did she do a great job of doing the treatment, but she also gave really good massages. definitely would recommend going to Jewel for any services.

Sqt revitalizing biomicroneedling facial with Shalini has been spectacular!! The entire experience was very relaxing. This facial includes a massage that you will not want to get up from. I had 2 sessions thus far and I look forward to coming back for more. Thank you Shalini!!
