This was my first time at this salon. Such a beautiful space! I am so in love with my nails and they did a fantastic job on my eyebrows too. I have went through 5 other salons since moving to the west end of Ottawa but this is the one I'll be returning to again and again. The best head spa in Ottawa so far! Sophie used natural products that smell so good specifically for my hair type after examining my scalp on the screen. My scalp and hair feel amazing! scalp, neck & shoulders massages were amazing, technique is on pointe! The hot ginger tea was the cherry on top! Thank you for going above and beyond to make this experience all worth it.

I went for the elevated facial. It was one of the best facials I’ve ever had in my life. I walked out of the session rejuvenated and glowing!! I went to Dilaani spa on bank street today for my second treatment. The first one I did was a lymphatic drainage that I really liked. I had heard about the viral Japanese scalp massage and was thrilled to see that this place offered it. The price point is very good as well. It's 1 1/2 hours and let me tell you, you will feel like a queen. I have never felt so taken care of than I did when Sia did my scalp treatment today. I have been to many spas and had a lot of treatments and massages. This scalp massage was 1000/1000. I can't recommend it enough. Like literally the best experience EVER !!!

Omg. I just had the most incredible dermiplaning facial. I feel like I have a whole new face. Briar is phenomenal. I felt pampered and well taken care of, comfortable, and refreshed. Everything she used were great for my sensitive skin and she ensured that I was comfortable during each step of the process. Will definitely do that again.
