My love handles have always been super stubborn and never go away. After a few sessions they have slimmed down significantly! Definitely happy. Very comfortable environment, clean, non intimidating. David gave me a ton of tips on nutrition, training, supplementation and simple hacks that have made my life easier. Worth every penny. I’ve referred a couple of my friends. I’ll be honest—I thought this was BS at first. I’ve worked out for years, eat pretty clean, but that stubborn lower belly and love handles just wouldn’t go anywhere. I didn’t want surgery, downtime, or anything extreme. I figured I’d try this since it was discounted… and I’m glad I did. After my first session, I actually noticed a difference within a couple weeks. My waist looked tighter, clothes fit better, and that ‘soft’ look started to go away. After my second session, it was obvious. I had lost 2 inches! Insane! I highly recommend this. Its a no brainer! Best value around.
