I have naturally short and straight lashes, which present challenges to curling. Nonetheless, Lara was able to curl them very beautifully with a lash lift. She defied my expectations and I am very happy with how well the lift worked.

As always the service was great and has always been good which is why I return. However, I just want to say, when you are being serviced and your technician and fellow employees are speaking in their native tongue (which you can't understand) and they are laughing it becomes an uncomfortable environment for the client.

After a disappointing experience yesterday, I returned to Lash Design and Maral and team completely turned things around. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was happening with my lashes and how to fix them. She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and did an amazing job correcting them. The team was incredibly accommodating and professional. Just had my 6 week touch up nanobrows with Sima. I have had my eyebrows microbladed a few times before but nothing has compared to the nanobrows Sima has done. She took her time and was extremely precise, overall did an excellent job and my eyebrows have never looked better.

Nadi is always wonderful. My lashes look great! The customer next to me was one the phone for over 15 minutes. She should have conducted the conversation in another area to avoid disturbing other customers.

I’ve been seeing Sima for a while now, and she’s truly the best. My lashes always turn out soft, full, and natural—exactly how I like them—and she’s meticulous about getting every detail right. She’s also sweet and gentle, which makes each appointment feel like a treat. :) I’m happy with the results every time and can’t imagine going anywhere else.
