I got a keratin straightening done today so I am yet to see the final results but the people who work there are so lovely. I was constantly asked if I needed anything, and when my eyes started burning (if you've had a keratin straightening before then you know what im talking about) the guy doing my hair put the fan on for me, gave me tissues, and a couple of masks to wear. Amazing price too, was $150 and I have really long, thick curly hair. Would definitely recommend this place!! Thank you guys so much for such a positive first time experience at kess :)

Manaz is the perfect hair stylist. Clearly dedicated to his craft, offering advice and taking time to get the “job” done well. Fantastic head massage. Another bonus- he is so polite and friendly without over talking. I’ll definitely be sticking with him!

the woman who did my piercing had good verbal communication and showed she was educated on the type of piercing i got, the service itself was very quick and only hurt for a second. I was also given an after care solution to keep my piercing clean .

Dammi and all the other staff were fantastic. Would highly recommend and will be back👏
