I had an amazing experience with "Kuma" today! Got a layered haircut, and I absolutely love how it turned out. He understood exactly what I wanted and made sure my hair looks fresh and stylish. Great attention to detail and super friendly service. Highly recommend!

the woman who did my piercing had good verbal communication and showed she was educated on the type of piercing i got, the service itself was very quick and only hurt for a second. I was also given an after care solution to keep my piercing clean .

Marie Barley ( my 93 year old mother) really enjoyed the attention at Kess with Dinesh today . He was very attentive and gentle and she said she nearly went to sleep . She can now see out of her eyes . Thankyou after her shampoo , cut and dry .

Oh my gosh Dinesh is amazing he gave me an amazing colour near my natural tone got rid of the Red, a haircut plus treatment the head message omg. Dinesh is AMAZIMG I give 100% recommendation and I always will be a loyal customer. Kess & Beauty have always provided the best services. 10/10

Loved the point of difference from Dinesh with a neck massage and shoulder massage to take away the tensions of the day . My colour cut and blow wave made me look and feel 10 years younger . Not bad when I’m turning 71 next week ! Pauline

The Sri Lankan gentleman who always wears the hat (sorry forgot his name) is awesome and definitely knows his stuff. Ive had people try to curl my hair when I come to Kess and they werent great - but this guy is definitely awesome and can use the straightener, curling iron plus he blow waves very well. Make sure you keep this guy!
