This is my first time at Kess Onehunga. The reviews provided by previous customers were useful. I was able to experience the excellent service first-hand. The location is convenient. Ms Shilpa was warm and friendly, greeted me by name. She was also easy to deal with in terms of booking and rescheduling, too. She did my ear piercing - delicate and easy. The hairdresser assigned to me was Shika. He has feather like hands - light and efficient. Shika showed me hairstyles that he thought would best suit my facial features and my thin hair. I love my new hair! Count me in as a repeat customer!

Service and haircut never disappoints been going there for almost 4 years and I know I’m in good hands, manaz and kuma will forever be my favourite only thing I don’t like is when I’m doing my eyebrows is when the girl doing it is saying my skin is dry when I never asked for an opinion (first time this has happened) neverthe least great place

I had my haircut done by Kuma at St Lukes, and I’m really happy with the result! Kuma took the time to understand what I wanted and gave great advice on what would suit me best. I got a keratin straightening done today so I am yet to see the final results but the people who work there are so lovely. I was constantly asked if I needed anything, and when my eyes started burning (if you've had a keratin straightening before then you know what im talking about) the guy doing my hair put the fan on for me, gave me tissues, and a couple of masks to wear. Amazing price too, was $150 and I have really long, thick curly hair. Would definitely recommend this place!! Thank you guys so much for such a positive first time experience at kess :)

500 Short Sharp efficient...he did as I requested..I really appreciate it The previous last time I was there,the elderly gentleman with the rug on his head unevenly shaved in number 1s and number 2s...and left a whole clump of hair on the right side of of my head above my ear... Everyone in set at the fim shoot asked if I'd cut my hair myself...I was so embarrassed 😳 But this time the hairdresser listened to my request and did it superbly... Thank you Team
