I really enjoyed my bespoke facial with Olivia. There was a lot of care and time put into the facial including a pre facial question guide to help communicate the things i would like to work on and any concerns i had with my skin, it was clear Olivia had taken the time to read through this and tailor my experience/products accordingly. This was not simply just an apply products and send you on your way type of facial, there were multiple phases, no rushing, both facial, arm, neck and upper back massage! I left with my skin feeling both relaxed and invigorated at the same time. 100% rebooking

I’m currently in london for exams and decided to look for the nearest place that offers waxing. Found this one and booked in, Btissam was the therapist and she was so lovely and cheerful. She was very skilled and followed all my weird directions of growth without me mentioning anything! Excellent service very quick, very efficient. Lovely lady. Thank you ♥️♥️

Keerie was incredible. Took my son to have his ears pierced and she was fantastic, calmed his nerves, explained everything so clearly and made him feel amazing. Would 100% recommend the ear piercing service at BTS. Thank you!

The hairdresser was very gentle and kind. There was an extra £10 charge for a curly blow dry that hadn’t been noted, but the salon kindly waived it on this occasion x

My daughter had her first ear piercing. It was such a great experience for her, was treated so lovely and she is so happy with the results.
