She made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the appointment, everything was extremely clean and sterile and the environment was super cosy and warm. She made me feel really comfortable, and it was nice chatting with her throughout the appointment—even while I was giving her a hard time during the waxing! Chris was great at giving wax, especially as someone that has a low pain tolerance she made the whole process more enjoyable. I like that she did it in small patches and she kept me engage with a lovely conversation to keep my mind off the pain. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at the salon! Marta and George were both incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. Marta took the time to carefully assess the condition of my hair before beginning, which I really appreciated. I came in for a refresh of my existing balayage and to cover some greys, and the results were fantastic! She enhanced the blonde with a beautiful ashy tone that gave my hair a freshed, vibrant look, perfect for summer. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend!

Great find for a newcomer to London. Convenient location offering wide variety of services with experienced and friendly staff. Have had some wonderful facials and brow/ lash treatments here with Sophia and Ibtissam. The clinic is very tidy and hygienic and these give me added trust in the place.
