I really enjoyed my bespoke facial with Olivia. There was a lot of care and time put into the facial including a pre facial question guide to help communicate the things i would like to work on and any concerns i had with my skin, it was clear Olivia had taken the time to read through this and tailor my experience/products accordingly. This was not simply just an apply products and send you on your way type of facial, there were multiple phases, no rushing, both facial, arm, neck and upper back massage! I left with my skin feeling both relaxed and invigorated at the same time. 100% rebooking

I’m currently in london for exams and decided to look for the nearest place that offers waxing. Found this one and booked in, Btissam was the therapist and she was so lovely and cheerful. She was very skilled and followed all my weird directions of growth without me mentioning anything! Excellent service very quick, very efficient. Lovely lady. Thank you ♥️♥️

I had a facial with Btissan in this clinic for the first time and it was amazing. She throughly cleaned my face and its looking very fresh! I would definitely return back for my future facials with Btissan.

Great find for a newcomer to London. Convenient location offering wide variety of services with experienced and friendly staff. Have had some wonderful facials and brow/ lash treatments here with Sophia and Ibtissam. The clinic is very tidy and hygienic and these give me added trust in the place.

It was very pleasant experience especially for first time. She made sure we were comfortable and provided us with enough before and aftercare information. We are very satisfied with our tattoo. Thank you so much Mika!!🥰
