I really enjoyed my bespoke facial with Olivia. There was a lot of care and time put into the facial including a pre facial question guide to help communicate the things i would like to work on and any concerns i had with my skin, it was clear Olivia had taken the time to read through this and tailor my experience/products accordingly. This was not simply just an apply products and send you on your way type of facial, there were multiple phases, no rushing, both facial, arm, neck and upper back massage! I left with my skin feeling both relaxed and invigorated at the same time. 100% rebooking

I’m currently in london for exams and decided to look for the nearest place that offers waxing. Found this one and booked in, Btissam was the therapist and she was so lovely and cheerful. She was very skilled and followed all my weird directions of growth without me mentioning anything! Excellent service very quick, very efficient. Lovely lady. Thank you ♥️♥️

Went to see Sara after a really horrible experience at another salon. She listened to what I wanted and was honest about how to repair what was done before. She was professional, reassuring and very skilled! I genuinely didn’t think my hair colour could be fixed so sat down hoping for anything better. I hadn’t expected to leave smiling from ear to ear and thrilled with my new colour and cut. I’ll be going back to Sara for anything hair and massively recommend he.

Amazing! Georgina was so professional and knowledgable, she explained every step of the procedure which was great as I learnt a lot. She was lovely and the whole experience with her was superb.

I’ve been getting lash lifts for so many years, but after Keratin Lash Treatment it was the best I’ve ever seen my lashes!! She’s so sweet and careful as well, definitely coming back Xx!!

She was very attentive, paid close attention, walked me through the therapy step by step, and reassuringly checked in on me along the way. explained the treatment step by step and reassured me along the way. The steps and aftercare were clearly explained. In general, the cheaper something is, the lesser quality it will eventually be. I’ve never had a lash tint and lift before but the effect is amazing, I’m very impressed. Georgina is clearly skilled and also a lovely person to talk to, she made me very comfortable and it was an enjoyable experience! I’d highly recommend Shaded & Bladed.
