Had an amazing reflexology & reiki session with Clare.The experience was deeply relaxing from start to finish. I’ve been feeling really stressed,anxious & getting upset over the smallest things. During the treatment I kept feeling unexpectedly emotional but in the best,most releasing way.I struggle to switch off & relax but Clare somehow managed to get me there. After I felt lighter & calmer, like a weight had been lifted. It was exactly what I needed.The room was beautiful, so relaxing & calming,I didnt want to leave! My new years resolution is to dedicate a little bit of time to myself every month. This month I have booked a facial with Leanne. Wow! Her room was so warm and Leanne is always so welcoming. I felt relaxed immediately with the candles and spa music playing. Her treatment bed (no idea what it is called) is so comfortable I could have drifted off before she even started! Leanne massaged my face, neck, shoulders and head! I was disappointed when my time was up! I have now booked a reflexology session for next month and I cannot wait!

Clare is absolutely amazing. She is very intuitive and knew exactly what I needed. She did ear seeding whilst explaining the points she was using them on. A short reiki session followed by reflexology. My brain has been so busy that I've been finding it difficult to function fully, but Claire's treatments have fully grounded me providing me with the relaxation and calm mind I very much needed. Highly recommended
