Had an amazing reflexology & reiki session with Clare.The experience was deeply relaxing from start to finish. I’ve been feeling really stressed,anxious & getting upset over the smallest things. During the treatment I kept feeling unexpectedly emotional but in the best,most releasing way.I struggle to switch off & relax but Clare somehow managed to get me there. After I felt lighter & calmer, like a weight had been lifted. It was exactly what I needed.The room was beautiful, so relaxing & calming,I didnt want to leave! A truly healing session with the wonderfully gifted Clare, highly recommend

I recently visited Clare for a reflexology session, and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and therapeutic experiences I’ve ever had. Mayra is always professional, friendly and adaptable. I have been seeing Myra just under a year and she's the best message therapist I've had. She has done a blend of treatments which are always very good. When I came to her a year ago my back was always painful and very sore and it has improved so much.

As always, my reflexology session was amazing! I’d been struggling with foot pain, and feeling like the whole of my foot isn’t complete balanced, or indeed on the floor, or in my shoes. After my session, that was fixed completely, I felt so much lighter and the pain was relieved.

Wonderful reflexology experience. Mayra certainly knows her stuff and is very knowledgeable about how reflexology helps all other parts of the body.

I really needed reflexology after walking 11k a day around Berlin. Now my feet feel human again, thank you Mayra

Thoroughly enjoyed my treatment at the Luma practice. It felt like a real treat to myself and an investment in me. Better than any meal out or shopping spree! Claire has a lovely way of engaging and setting you at ease. The reiki was really interesting and new for me and I would do this again. I loved the reflexology. I am lucky to have had some great reflexology treatments before and this was exceptional. I would highly recommend Clare.

This was my first reflexology treatment in 20 years and it was much needed. As well as being therapeutic, Mayra made me feel very relaxed. She is very friendly and knowledgeable, and pin pointed several health issues that I hadn’t discussed. I will be returning on a regular basis, and thoroughly recommend her.

I went into the reflexology session full of anxiety and left feeling like a huge weight had been lifted. It was so relaxing and I genuinely felt like my anxiety was relieved. Clare is so welcoming and knowledgable about reflexology. Such a great experience, I will definitely be booking more.
