Natalia’s energy was amazing - kind and deeply calming. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and every detail contributed to a truly relaxing experience. I felt completely at ease and even fell asleep during the reflexology, which says everything about how relaxing it was. Had an amazing reflexology & reiki session with Clare.The experience was deeply relaxing from start to finish. I’ve been feeling really stressed,anxious & getting upset over the smallest things. During the treatment I kept feeling unexpectedly emotional but in the best,most releasing way.I struggle to switch off & relax but Clare somehow managed to get me there. After I felt lighter & calmer, like a weight had been lifted. It was exactly what I needed.The room was beautiful, so relaxing & calming,I didnt want to leave! Clare is absolutely amazing. She is very intuitive and knew exactly what I needed. She did ear seeding whilst explaining the points she was using them on. A short reiki session followed by reflexology. My brain has been so busy that I've been finding it difficult to function fully, but Claire's treatments have fully grounded me providing me with the relaxation and calm mind I very much needed. Highly recommended
