I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

Gerwin was so good. He communicated the entire time whether the pressure was too much or too little. You always reminded me to breathe. I’ve never had a massage service so good before and felt even more relaxing. Calm will definitely go back moving forward.!

I’m from the UK and visiting my pal in Canada and was stressed about needing my brows done while away from home. Mani took all that stress away - she was so welcoming and calming and did an incredible job with my brows. I was honestly skeptical doing a Brazilian wax outside my home country, so I asked for a black lady to work on me to relive some anxiety😅 But Mani said she was alone and I cautiously proceeded with the appointment. But oh it really went so well, not as painful as my first waxing experience, this being my second time to wax ever. Took a short time and was done.
