Did my eyelashes with Natalie and boy I know she always gets it perfect in one session. She’s light handed, I couldn’t even tell what she was doing to the point where I find myself snoring. Great work Natalie. Downside, she’s always fully booked lol

Had my laser hair removal done for the first time today. I started working with Anagenesis to do my waxing and I end up start doing laser with them because of how informed and confirmed they made me feel. Katerina was very carrying since the first moment and started the service with my brazilian (the worst), which was actually not painful at all...rest of the other body part...peanuts and felt more like a massage! I highly recommend her and will be back because I know I'm in good hands!

Amazing experience in the VIP room at Picasso Medi & Nails Spa! The team made me feel truly welcomed, respected, and comfortable with my invisible disabilities and as a proud LGBTQIA+ Two-Spirit person. My lashes, French tip nails and solid white pedi came out flawless. I was served champagne, sparkling water, coffee + fresh fruit, and even got to watch Degrassi (classic Drake days!) while being pampered. Beautiful service and incredible staff highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Katerina enough! From start to finish, she provides an exceptional experience. She is incredibly thorough in her work, ensuring every step is carefully done. Her waxing and sugaring techniques are top-notch, with great quality results that leaves me feeling smooth and confident. I went for a full head balayage today, Jenn really listenedto what I was trying to attain and executed it perfectly. The appointment was not overly long. My hair was blow dried and styled will definitely return.

Dasha always makes me feel very welcomed and special. But the most important that she does fantastic job with my nails. Very detailed, clean and perfectly done work that lasts forever. She knows exactly what and how I like it, so I can just sit, relax and fully trust the process.
