This was my first time at this salon. Such a beautiful space! I am so in love with my nails and they did a fantastic job on my eyebrows too. I have went through 5 other salons since moving to the west end of Ottawa but this is the one I'll be returning to again and again. I went in for a birthday Mani Pedi, and a bit of a nail repair, Linh made my appointment so special, truly an amazing experience. Linh even surprised me at the end with a lil gift, i don't believe there's another nail salon on Ottawa with better service or staff then High Definition Spa.

I love these chicks! Squeezed me in end of day for a fix that I needed. The decided they could fit in the whole full on my gels. Tiffany who was doing the fills took them all off cause they needed it, and took her time and care on a beautiful fresh new set WITH designs for the holidays, despite running well after closing time. They are just the best. I always tell people, best in Ottawa, but yesterday was above and beyond.
