Best beautician in Perth for eyebrows shaping and lash tinting. I've been to many but the shape is excellent no stinging with the eyes and the henna lasts much longer than the normal tint. I won't go elsewhere. Highly recommended!

Always look forward to going to Crystal Spa, staff are absolutely friendly and very helpful, offering variety of amazing treatments including Eyelash Extensions must say “ Pietra ” Eyelash and Nail Technician is the best in Perth, over the years I have had eyelash extensions with many different lash technicians my lashes have only been destroyed. Since I started seeing Pietra, my own lashes have grown and have become healthier. I can’t stop recommending Pietra to everyone I come across and the amazing comments I receive from strangers about my lash extensions

Not only was she exceptionally nice, but she was also incredibly detailed in explaining the entire process to me. She took the time to understand the shape of my eyebrows and how to enhance their beauty perfectly. Plus, it was such a pleasure chatting with her throughout the appointment. Serena and Sarah are absolute gems! They make something as unglamorous as waxing actually enjoyable. The space is always spotless, they’re quick, professional, and somehow manage to make you laugh mid-wax (no easy feat!). My skin always feels amazing afterwards, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Highly recommend these two legends!

I've been in Perth for 3 years and have been on the hunt for a good place to get waxing and facials done - this is honestly the best place I have been to my whole life. Dorine was so lovely and very gentle especially with my brazilian waxing. It is the first time where I did not experience any pain with my brazilian waxing. The entire process was just excellent!

My daughter is 15 and has very thick eyebrows - just needed someone to tidy them without affecting thickness and keeping it natural - Serena's experience is incredible and she always does an amazing job - have been going to see her for 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! My three daughters love what she does and miss her when they travel interstate - always coming back to see her when they are back in Perth.
