She made the whole process so smooth and the pain was very bearable. She was gentle, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. And the best part? Finishing off with a relaxing foot massage—such a perfect touch! Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend the salon, and especially Nav—definitely the best wax tech ever!

The atmosphere & service was AMAZING! I'd definitely come to this place especially if, you live in Papakura. P.S Do your research when wanting services. Nothing to do with the store or quality. I had found myself not liking the lash tint (personal preference) as it made me like panda eyed. Didn't suit me!

1st experience at this beauty place, and using the hybrid wax. I was made to feel very comfortable. Pooja was professional and informative. I will definitely be back.

Lily was absolutely amazing! I have been suffering with sciatica nerve pain in pelvis and right leg and she knew exactly the right spots to target to release the tension in the muscles with the right amount of pressure. The staff were really accommodating which my prior meeting running over time they were still happy to wait for me to attend the appointment quite late in the evening when they were likely due to finish.
