My last Brazilian was at a different salon and it was painful asf, so I was honestly a bit scared to come here for the first time—but Nav was absolutely amazing. She made the whole process so smooth and the pain was very bearable. She was gentle, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. And the best part? Finishing off with a relaxing foot massage—such a perfect touch! Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend the salon, and especially Nav—definitely the best wax tech ever!

AMAZING!!!! Honestly the massage and the atmosphere transported me out of Papakura. It was just perfect!!! Literally nothing bad to say! Very polite and the online booking system is FANTASTIC!! Highly highly recommend :)) can’t wait to go back!

The atmosphere & service was AMAZING! I'd definitely come to this place especially if, you live in Papakura. P.S Do your research when wanting services. Nothing to do with the store or quality. I had found myself not liking the lash tint (personal preference) as it made me like panda eyed. Didn't suit me!

1st experience at this beauty place, and using the hybrid wax. I was made to feel very comfortable. Pooja was professional and informative. I will definitely be back.

Lily was absolutely amazing! I have been suffering with sciatica nerve pain in pelvis and right leg and she knew exactly the right spots to target to release the tension in the muscles with the right amount of pressure. The staff were really accommodating which my prior meeting running over time they were still happy to wait for me to attend the appointment quite late in the evening when they were likely due to finish. Your staff welcomed me in to take a seat to fill out a client info form as it was my 1st visit to Ekams beauty grt sth rd Papakura the communication & instructions were clear to understand I was questioned on my preference for a henna treatment , black / dark brown the treatment was smooth and painless , upon leaving after paying I was welcomed to return next time, Thankyou for the henna treatment as a disabled male self care treatments for men are not easily found
