Had an amazing massage session with Eka! I walked out feeling so good, like I had a brand new body. I asked Eka to focus on my legs, calves and thighs as I do a lot of sports. She worked through the tightness and soreness very effectively. The funniest part was the back massage because I’m very ticklish 😂 Eka quickly noticed it and adjusted her pressure and technique to make it more comfortable. Thank you Eka for the wonderful massage. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back!

our full day package was done by herlina and aya; they were very friendly and accommodating throughout and made the experience thoroughly relaxing. The arranged transport by Mrs Yus was also comfortable and she was very friendly and chatty, even recommending a cafe to visit. It was a great experience overall.

I booked for full day spa package for 3 pax. The masseuse are very good in massage, facial, hair spa. The environment is very good and nice. I will come back again. The spa tub was design in a way that is friendly to older ppl. My little suggestion to Spa Central Baloi is that best to have an emergency bell in the spa room. I'm very satisfied with the service today. Thanks 👍 😊

kak raini was excellent, she ask if everything was okay , the pressure the heat of the water. love the experience so much that i came back after long awaited 3 months. even though i have knee injury on both legs , she ensured to not go overboard and ask if the pressure around it is okay. alhamdulillah everything went well and i feel so much better.

By far, this is definitely one of the best ever if not, the best indeed i've ever experienced getting full body spa massage.. The staffs are all very polite & helpful in any way they can be of service to ensure the customers are getting the best in what they need or looking for.. For our wedding anniversary, my husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a full-day spa experience, and it was nothing short of amazing, largely thanks to the incredible skills of our therapists, Dianty and Angie. By the time our treatments were finished, we felt like we had been transported to another world. Our skin was glowing, our muscles were relaxed, and we were completely at peace. We cannot recommend Dianty and Angie highly enough - they are simply the best! . The lunch was a perfect addition to the already magnificent spa experience. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

I had a full-day spa experience at Spa Central Nagoya and it was absolutely amazing. My therapist, Tuti, was incredibly professional and meticulous throughout the entire session. Every treatment felt thoughtful and well-executed, and I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep a couple of times. The massage is good but the milk bath and facilities not so good. Milk bath water not full enough. Shower not working and have to go to another room for shower. Aishyha massage is good 👍

Good value for money, nice ambiance, Clean space with polite staff and therapist. Treatments were a little underwhelming compared to other spas in Batam. Tried the half-day facial package - aromatherapy and herbal foot detox was good; facial was very basic.

Fantastic services by Spa Sentral Baloi. All their staffs are friendly, clean and comfortable environment. Dianty and Martha’s massage skills were great, just the right pressure and on point. My husband and I had full day massages, facial, classic pedi and head spa. When the driver sent us back to the hotel, we were refreshed and felt relaxed.
