Hollie is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! I’d never had a wax at all - never mind an intimate wax. Went for my legs for my first time and the results spoke for themselves so I booked a bikini wax not long after, which id have never done if Hollie wasn’t as lovely and professional. I’ve been going to her since and the change in my body hair thickness and ingrowns is unbelievable. Hollie really cares about waxing and is constantly improving the products she uses and going on training sessions - though she doesn’t need to she’s fantastic at what she does!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

Holly is absolutely amazing at what she does! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She’s so kind, professional, and has the most beautiful energy. Her attention to detail is incredible, she’s thorough, gentle, and takes real pride in her work. The whole experience is much less painful than you’d expect, and the results are always flawless. Wow I wish I had found Hollie sooner, I’ve just been to Hollie as I’m going abroad for my wedding and I didn’t want to have to worry about being in a bikini and having unwanted hairs and feeling insecure, the pain was much bare-able with Hollie but that’s because of her method and her passion for waxing. Hollie made sure every hair was gone evening using tweezers to get rid of every last hair! Thank you Hollie I can’t wait to continue to my waxing journey xx

So calm and relaxing, Helen was great at putting me at ease and explaining how the treatment works, helping me to truly relax. She worked wonders on my tension areas and I would certainly book again. I’ve just had a full body massage and a medik8 facial with Helen. I can honestly say it was by far the best facial and massage I have ever had. My skin is glowing and feels super soft. Helen is amazing at what she does and I have left feeling very relaxed and refreshed. I will be returning to Helen again and will 100% recommend her services. The salon is also beautiful. X

Had a back wax with Ruby and it was great, no wax residue left from the wax which I’ve had at other salons in past, my back is nice and smooth. Definitely highly recommended and will be having my waxing done at Studio 28 in the future going forward.

Absolutely perfect! What a wonderful first visit to Belle. Easy parking and so easy to find. A calm oasis as soon as you step through the door and felt like another world from the drizzle outside. Even just nipping to the toilet and finding indulgent Navy exfoliating hand wash & lotion felt like such an indulgent experience. Professional and efficient wax with clear instructions to make the process smooth and easy. Finished off with saving the best for last with a deep tissue back massage. After a stressful day yesterday this was exactly what I needed and I now feel like I’m on a cloud!
