Hollie is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! I’d never had a wax at all - never mind an intimate wax. Went for my legs for my first time and the results spoke for themselves so I booked a bikini wax not long after, which id have never done if Hollie wasn’t as lovely and professional. I’ve been going to her since and the change in my body hair thickness and ingrowns is unbelievable. Hollie really cares about waxing and is constantly improving the products she uses and going on training sessions - though she doesn’t need to she’s fantastic at what she does!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

A really nice experience, although I have had experience waxing before, I have never had a full body wax. I was slightly nervous with it being my first time😭 however I was made to feel very comfortable and it was honestly a really pleasant experience. The beautician communicated with me throughout the service, to ensure my comfort which really enhanced the experience. I’ve been to the beauty loft a few times and the service is honestly something that Cant be replaced by any other salon, its the only salon I can ever go to now, only took one eyebrow shaping session and now a loyal customer😂

Holly is absolutely amazing at what she does! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She’s so kind, professional, and has the most beautiful energy. Today was my first visit to Adele, as I recently moved to the area. I was very pleased with my experience and results! Adele is extremely welcoming and I felt relaxed throughout my 2 hour waxing session 🤗 I have been to many salons in the past and I could immediately by Adele’s waxing technique that I was in good hands! 11/01/25 Very professional in terms of consent forms, the room was compact however cleanliness was 5*. Iram was a great masseuse and her leg massage was totally outstanding. She was very accommodating in all aspects of her work and I would definitely visit again. This place does require a lot more recognition as local resident I was unaware this establishment even existed! I felt Iram went above, and beyond to meet my expectations. I was very comfortable for the duration of my time here. Thank you once again for your time today I hope to see you again soon.

I've got my waxing n eye brows done today. Service was awesome. The good part is they let u in without appointment but its better to get appointment first in case its busy.

Really nice and friendly understanding person made sure I was satisfied with the waxing process and helped with a dispute with my husband anger and controlling behaviour but couldn’t say much and helped me get a taxi home
