I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

This is my second time having my gel nails done with Victoria and again she understands exactly what I am looking for and has great suggestions even down to the shape of my nails to best display the nail art design. I also had a full leg wax. Victoria is so efficient in this respect too. So pleased with my visit. Will be returning soon.

I had a wonderful pedicure with Racquel today. She was accommodating, extremely skilled and great to chat to. I a as Lao had the benefit of a silent foot and lower leg massage at the end of my treatment. I felt pampered and valued as a client at the treatment rooms.

Today I had an excellent full body massage. I’d never had one before and felt a little self conscious but Sarah explained it really well before the treatment, made sure I was OK with everything she was going to do and said I could omit anything I wasn’t comfortable with. This really put me at ease. The massage didn’t feel exposing at all. It was very relaxing but I also felt invigorated and energised afterwards. I had less pain and my mood improved. Sarah was brilliant and checked I was OK throughout the therapy. Thank you for a really amazing experience - I’ll definitely book this again!

I’ve booked often for massage and it’s an AMAZING experience She is so nice and great at everything she does and has helped me through a lot with my pain I’ve never felt more comfortable than i do in her presence.She is so understanding and focused in making sure im relaxed. Billie is very good at what she does! full of advice and top tips to help me get the best of my treatments i had done last at home and the pedicure was very much needed and a definite treat to my awful feet! The beauty room /salon is so lovely aswell! I shall be back ! :) xx

It’s a professional service in a lovely salon. The waxing was fairly quick, we had a good chat in the meantime that didn’t effect the duration of the treatment. Clean, tidy environment with well equipped facilities. I’m very happy and will be back. Definitely recommend 👍
