Had eyebrow lamination and a lash tint with Stephanie. I have had these treatments at various salons in Glasgow and I can honestly say this is the best brow lamination I have ever had. Stephanie did a fantastic job and I left feeling delighted with my perfect brows! Thank you!

I had a half leg wax with Shannon, which was perfect, she made me comfortable and gave me time to get into position without hurrying me. I have arthritis. This was followed by an Elim pedicure which was relaxing and got my feet and toes sorted for summer. I only have ordinary nail polish. The pedicure was thorough and professionally done, whilst maintaining a lovely level of friendliness. I was offered refreshments throughout. Shannon listened to any issues I brought up and saught advice where necessary. I'd be happy to see Shannon again when I attend the salon.

Really great first experience of the one lounge. Kat was friendly and professional. I had a half leg wax, Kat was meticulous ensuring I was perfectly waxed. I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and Kat ensure I was comfortable and at ease. Thanks again Kat.

I cannot praise nor thank Shabana enough for her extra special tlc today. What a kind and genuinely caring person - qualities so often lacking in humankind these days I sought her help by booking a head massage to help alleviate pain in my shoulders, neck and head. When I described my symptoms.to Shabana she suggested the hot stone and bamboo might be a better solution and she proceeded to give me a full hours treatment with the hot stones and bamboo. Booked in for a full leg wax and had a great experience! The wax was pain free and had a lovely time with Shabana who made me feel so at ease throughout. Would highly recommend and definitely will book in for another wax or other treatments

Great experience again as always. Got my usual lashes done and they are looking fabulous but also got some waxing done as well and I've only ever had my brows waxed before so was nervous about the leg wax and underarm wax but Mindy made me feel so comfortable and explained everything and put me at ease. 5 stars as always if I could give her 10 stars I would xx
