I was so nervous to have my legs and underarms waxed for the first time today but Holly was so professional and put me at ease straight away! I was dreading the underarms most but Holly used a hot wax which made it totally painless! I will definitely be a regular 🥰

Naomi is an excellent technician in waxing and put me completely at ease . She is very experienced and very kind . This was my first intimate waxing and it was very bearable and I was very pleased with Naomi’s professional attitude and the room is very relaxing too . And I was given good post wax advice and a lovely goodie bag of sample products to take home . I have already booked for my next visit. Thank you Naomi .

Absolutely amazing experience. I was quite nervous and expecting my waxing experience to be painful. Chantele really makes you feel comfortable and she is really friendly and professional. She takes her time and very thorough. The salon is immaculate and beautifully presented. I felt really pampered and special afterwards and I will go again.

Best and most thoroughly executed leg wax I’ve ever had. Done with due care and concern for my comfort. My legs now feel at their summer best !

I started going to Lucy 2 years ago and now wouldn’t go to anyone else! I’ve been having lash extensions for 8 years and Lucy is by far the best... they always look full and natural but most importantly my own lashes are in much better condition too. I can confidently recommend visiting Lucy for lashes, nails, pedicures, brows and waxing. Not only will you be pleased with your treatment, you get lovely conversations, great beauty advice and if you’re lucky like me you form a wonderful friendship with a technician you can trust ❤️

Cholesterol was brilliant and helped me as much as she could as I'm disabled and the stairs were a challenge. However, Chloe told me that next time I go she would bring the wax downstairs so that will be great. She did a great job on my brows and I will definitely go again.

Naomi is a consummate professional waxer . I had 2 waxing done and similar to the last time I could easily have fallen asleep . The atmosphere is excellent just like the therapist .

Not the first time I’ve been to Brows and Beauty, but the first time I have been for waxing. Absolutely brilliant, will definitely be back.

My first time at the salon today and I was really impressed a very professional service. It was very warm and friendly. I’m going back tomorrow to have my nails and a full body tan.
