Laura-Lea deserves 6 stars! My second time seeing her for 75 minutes of blissful massage and relaxation. I wish I could come every week! The aesthetics, relaxed atmosphere and every detail are thought out perfectly from the heated blanket to fresh mint tea and a personalised approach.

I had a wonderful afternoon with Vicki, she was calm, caring and very professional. I was a little bit dubious about visiting somewhere new but Vicki made me feel at home. I had an amazing Swedish full body massage and a gel pedicure and Vicki even fitted in an eye brow shape for me. A really great experience and would definitely recommend.

“Best waxing experience I’ve ever had!” I recently had a waxing treatment at Skinova using Perron Rigot wax, and I’m honestly amazed at how smooth and painless it was. I’ve tried a few other places before, but this wax is on another level – it gripped the hair perfectly without irritating my skin at all. Sheetal was so professional and made me feel completely at ease. My skin felt super soft afterwards, with barely any redness. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality waxing experience!

I have had some great massages at some really nice venues but this was by far one of the best. From being greeted at the gate to the tea at the end, the whole experience was unbelievable. From the moment you step onto the studio, you’d forget you were in Bristol and you’re transported to an idyllic remote location where the service and experience couldn’t be more relaxing.

I had my first treatment (waxing) with Victoria today and it was perfect! Victoria is lovely, the treatment room is warm, inviting and relaxing. I 100% recommend Victoria x

What a great way to start the summer! I had a waxing treatment at Skinova and the results were amazing. The therapist was friendly and professional, and the wax felt gentle but worked so well

I had a full leg and bikini wax with Caitlin and couldn’t recommend her more! She was absolutely lovely – so welcoming and professional. The booking system was really clear and easy to use, and I liked that you pay half upfront – it made the whole process feel more efficient and reassuring, like the appointment wouldn’t be cancelled last minute (unlike my past experiences at BS Leisure Centre!). Will definitely be coming back.

The full body aromatherapy massage with the added benefit of Reiki healing was very noticeable in comparison to other massages I’ve received. Victoria has a lovely calming energy that’s adds to the overall experience. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again, and would highly recommend.

Laura-Lea was so welcoming for my first wax. She was very patient in explaining the process and making sure it went as smooth as possible. Immediately booked in for my second wax! 10/10, recommend to anyone :)

Another great haircut with Tara. Lovely salon with friendly staff and not half bad coffee!

My god! This was heavenly! I had a full body massage previously and lost 3lbs the next day - Laura-Lea really distressed me and clearly worked out some of that water retention too! This time I had the Back, Neck and Glow and it’s honestly the best treatment I’ve ever had! It’s my first time having a full facial massage and it feels like the stress I was holding just left my head and mind. Thank you for having magical hands - I can’t wait to visit again!

Caitlin was really welcoming. Had a full set of classic eyelashes with a patch test prior to my appointment. Caitlin done a fantastic job & done exactly what I had asked for. I’m so pleased with them, I will be going back for my infills!
