Phenomenal. Laura-Lea is so gifted at what she does and the attention to detail was amazing. I came feeling heavy, moody, pre-menstrual and I left feeling lighter, with a complete mind shift and just feeling so completely relaxed. Leah went the extra mile to make sure my hair was perfect, using a range of products and her expert knowledge she arranged and curled my hair perfectly and it stayed in all day and night - despite the wind and rain. “Best waxing experience I’ve ever had!” I recently had a waxing treatment at Skinova using Perron Rigot wax, and I’m honestly amazed at how smooth and painless it was. I’ve tried a few other places before, but this wax is on another level – it gripped the hair perfectly without irritating my skin at all. I had a full leg and bikini wax with Caitlin and couldn’t recommend her more! She was absolutely lovely – so welcoming and professional. The booking system was really clear and easy to use, and I liked that you pay half upfront – it made the whole process feel more efficient and reassuring, like the appointment wouldn’t be cancelled last minute (unlike my past experiences at BS Leisure Centre!). Will definitely be coming back.
