This was my third visit with Georgia, and she never disappoints. She’s professional and makes the whole experience feel relaxed. It was my first time trying lash extensions, and I’m so happy with the results. I asked for more length, and they came out perfect—full but still very natural.

I had my lashes done last year for the first time ever by another lady. It wasn't a great experience and half the lashes fell out within 5 days! It put me off trying again. However after persuasion from my friend I looked for a new lash technician. I found Georgia. She understood my concerns and put me at ease as soon as she responded. The appointment felt like chatting to an old friend and I was very pleased with the results. I forgot about maintenance so checked with Georgia via text and she messaged me back with advice. I would recommend her 100%!! Her lashes have great retention as well.

Very professional and welcoming, putting me at ease for my first waxing appointment with Izzy.

Everytime I visit Alex I am pleased and relaxed. As soon as you walk in you feel as though you are at home. The aesthetic looks, the spa scents and the warm bed makes every visit a 10/10. Not to mention Alex’s professional, yet friendly attitude, her warmth and her in depth beauty knowledge. I would recommend The Beauty Lounge to anyone who is looking for 110% out of a service. Izzy is great, she is so friendly and is great at what she does. I get all my waxing done with her and I will never go anywhere else now. I also get my nails done and they are always amazing!

Absolutely brilliant. Sam is a mindful and creative nail technician who absolutely understands her products and what is required for the nails in front of her. She was recommended by my daughter (who is extremely hard to please) and I am delighted with my new nails today. Such a refreshing change from the Vietnamese salons I have used where I was treated like just a number despite being loyal for years.

Always have eyebrow tint and wax. Eyebrows always look amazing.

I discovered The Beauty Lounge by Alex on Instagram and started following her page. When my usual aesthetician wasn't available, I decided to give Alex a try and booked a Hollywood, underarm, and leg wax. Alex is wonderful, funny, and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Her studio is beautiful, serene and calming, she also uses hot wax, which I found much better and less painful. I couldn’t recommend Alex enough and will definitely be telling everyone I can about her 5-star service!

I went to georgeous beauty for a full set of Russian lashes, hybrid eyebrows and wax. I was very pleased with the customer service. Georgia was very polite and everything was kept clean and tidy. Prices were reasonable. Will definitely be going back again!!
