Today was my first time visiting Hairworks. I usually go downtown Toronto near my office but I'm currently working from home. I was fortunate to have Rouba as my stylist today. My hair looks and feels incredible. She knew exactly what to do based on my short request (covid-style so we can't talk a lot). I love what she did and can honsetly say that this was the best looking blow dry I have ever had. The covid protocols were also well executed and followed. All of this for much less than what I pay at my usual stylist. Thanks for the great cut Rouba!!

Rouba was awesome! This was a last minute booking and my first time at Hairworks. The environment was friendly and Rouba did a great job listening to what I wanted. She was able to do highlights for me, even though I only booked a full colour and was on a very tight timeline. She made it work for my schedule which I really appreciated. The highlights are beautiful and the cut frames my face perfectly! She clearly has experi nice with thin hair and was able to add volume in the colour, cut and style! I'm very happy and will now be a returning client!

I had Taj as my stylist and she was amazing! I got exactly what I came for and more. I showed her my inspo pics during our consultation and she matched it flawlessly during the appointment. She helped me stay within my $200 budget with my full colour and cut. Will definitely be coming back when it’s time for a touch-up and I recommend this place to everyone as well!

I had a wonderful first time experience here today. The esthetician was not only so friendly and welcoming, she also educated me on a lot of things related to waxing. Although I was turned away for a Brazilian (due to the medications I’m currently on), I got my legs waxed. I felt reassured that they really cared about my safety and wanted me to have a good experience. The service was amazing and my legs are completely hair free. I will definitely be revisiting here. Monica did my Brazilian wax for the very first time, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was quite nervous because I knew it could be painful, but she made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment.
