Honestly such an amazing experience! The lady is incredibly kind and has such a gentle touch — the waxing was done so professionally and comfortably. Had the most amazing consultation with Alice today! She is so personable and welcoming, and she really listened to exactly what I was looking for. She gave me honest, informative advice and ran through different product alternatives without making me feel rushed at all.
